We operate exclusively under our own authority as a direct motor carrier.
There is no brokering, reposting, or third-party handoff. Responsibility for the shipment
remains clear and continuous from pickup through delivery.

Documentation & Records

Standard carrier documentation is maintained and provided upon request as part of normal
onboarding and shipment coordination. This includes authority details, insurance verification,
W-9 information, and delivery documentation.

Proof of delivery and shipment records are handled promptly and communicated clearly to
support billing, recordkeeping, and internal compliance requirements.

Safety & Securement Standards

Load securement, route planning, and trip management are executed with consistency and
professional discipline. Securement practices are selected based on load type, weight,
and handling requirements.

This approach supports safe transport, protects freight integrity, and minimizes risk
throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Communication & Accountability
